This notice covers personal information handled by Presba, LLC ("Presba") on presba.com and in Presba products. Customer content in Presba products is governed by the customer agreement and processed only to provide the service.
Information collected
- Submitted information: name, work email, organization, and message content from contact and subscription forms.
- Account information: name, email, organization, and billing details. Payment details are handled by the payment processor.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, and request logs required to operate and secure the services.
presba.com sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts and assets are served from presba.com.
Use
- Responding to inquiries and providing subscribed products
- Securing the services, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations
- Sending requested product and company updates; every message includes an unsubscribe link
Presba does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context advertising, or use customer content to train AI models.
Sharing
Service providers that host and operate Presba services under contract and only on Presba's instructions, including cloud hosting, email delivery, web search, and payment processing. The current list, with data retained by each, is on the Trust & safety page. Information is disclosed to authorities only when legally required; affected customers are notified unless prohibited.
Retention
Inquiries: up to two years. Account information: while the account is active, deleted within 90 days of closure unless longer retention is legally required. Security logs: up to one year.
Rights
Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to opt out of updates: privacy@presba.com. Response within 30 days. Additional rights under state or national law are handled the same way, without discrimination.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. Details: Trust & safety.
Children
The services are not directed to children under 13. Information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected.
Changes
Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Material changes are sent to account holders by email.
